Support through the ups and downs of growing up

Adolescence can be full of emotional challenges, from social pressures and identity struggles to anxiety, low mood, or difficulties at school or home. When we meet, I want you to feel safe, heard and empowered.

Sessions might involve simply talking, or more creative activities, whatever feels right for you. This might mean drawing, games, or just having a chat. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be yourself and begin to discover ways to feel better and more confident in your day-to-day life.

Accepting that your child may need extra support can be a hard place to come to. You’re not alone in this, and reaching out for help is a monumental step for yourself and your child.

A Note For Parents and Carers

I work sensitively with parents and caregivers, offering a safe and understanding space where you can share your concerns and feelings. I keep all information confidential to protect your child’s privacy and build trust. However, if I believe your child is at risk of harm, I have a duty to share that information with the right people to keep them safe. I will always discuss this carefully with you and your child wherever possible.

Together, we can navigate the challenges and find ways to support your child and your family through this journey.
