Space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself

You might be feeling anxious, low, burnt out, or simply stuck. Perhaps a relationship has changed, something from the past keeps resurfacing, or you’re finding it difficult to manage day-to-day life. Sometimes there’s no clear reason, just a sense that things aren’t how you want them to be.

You may be trying to understand yourself better, make sense of old patterns, rebuild confidence, or navigate changes in relationships, identity, or the way you experience the world.

Whatever has brought you here, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and explore what is really going on beneath the surface.

How I work

As an integrative counsellor, I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll explore what feels most helpful for you, drawing on different approaches while staying focused on your individual experiences, needs, and pace.

Sometimes this may mean gently exploring your past and how it continues to influence the present. Other times, we may focus more on what is happening now: your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and ways of coping.

Sessions might be:

  • Conversational- a space to talk things through openly and honestly.

  • Reflective- exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences with curiosity.

  • Creative- using different ways to explore feelings and experiences when words don’t always feel enough.
