Young woman with long, curly brown hair, wearing a gray shirt, a nose ring and small earrings, smiling against a plain white background.

Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying too much on your own?

Are you looking for somewhere you can talk openly and be properly heard?

Here at The Wright Space, I offer counselling for young people and adults that focuses on real-life struggles, not perfect textbook solutions.

You don’t have to be at crisis point to deserve support.

I offer a calm, safe, and judgement-free space where you can take time to explore what is really going on for you.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or telling you how you should feel. I work alongside you to help you understand what you are carrying, reconnect with who you are, and find ways to move through life’s difficulties with more support and clarity.
