Making space for what matters.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying everything on your own.

Whether you're feeling anxious, burnt out, navigating neurodiversity, or simply struggling to make sense of things, therapy can offer a space to slow down, be heard, and begin to move forward.

Online counselling for young people (11+) and adults across the UK.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You replay conversations long after they've happened.

  • You look like you're coping, but feel exhausted underneath.

  • You've become so used to putting yourself last that you don't know what you need anymore.

  • You keep telling yourself you'll be okay once this stressful period is over, but it never really is.

  • You’re wondering if therapy could help, but you’re not sure where to begin.

If any of this feels familiar, therapy can offer a space to explore what’s going on and understand yourself more deeply.

Hi, I'm Georgia.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step.

You might be wondering what you’re supposed to talk about, whether your struggles are "big enough", or whether someone will really understand.

You don’t need to arrive with the perfect words or know exactly what you want to change.

Together, we'll create a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

How therapy can help

Therapy is not about changing who you are. It’s about creating space to understand yourself, explore what you’re experiencing, and move towards a life that feels more like your own.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or telling you how you should feel. I work alongside you to help you understand what you are carrying, reconnect with who you are, and find ways to move through life’s difficulties with more support and clarity.

Who I work with

Young People (11+)

A space for young people to feel heard, understood and supported.

Growing up can bring challenges that feel difficult to navigate alone.

I support young people experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, friendship difficulties, school pressures, identity questions and changes in their lives.

Adults (18+)

A space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure what you need.

Therapy can help you explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and make sense of what you’re feeling.

Neurodiversity

Support that works with your brain, not against it.

For autistic and ADHD clients who want a space that recognises their experiences, strengths and challenges.

Together, we can explore identity, masking, overwhelm, relationships, self-understanding and what support feels meaningful for you.

Ready to make space for what matters?

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to know exactly what to say or what you need. Sometimes the first step is simply recognising that things feel difficult.

A free 15-minute consultation gives us the chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether therapy with me feels like the right fit.
