My Story
Growing up navigating the mental health system myself taught me the importance of being seen as a person, not a diagnosis.
I know what it’s like to be on the other end of the chair. And I know how much it matters to be met with genuine understanding, not just clinical curiosity.
That understanding is at the heart of my work today. I have built The Wright Space around the belief that you do not need to be fixed or changed into a “better” version of yourself. Instead, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel, and explore the things you may have been carrying alone.
I’m warm, curious, and gently direct. I won’t sit quietly while you struggle to find the words, I’ll show up with you, ask thoughtful questions, challenge you with care, and support you through the difficult moments.
My approach is integrative, meaning I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively, drawing from different approaches while also paying attention to your experiences, your pace, your language, and the way you make sense of the world.
Alongside my counselling training, I have experience supporting young people in school settings, including neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing, and mental health challenges.
If this feels like the kind of space you’ve been looking for, I’d love to hear from you.
