Making space for what matters.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying everything on your own.

Whether you're feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck, or simply struggling to make sense of things, therapy can offer a space to pause, explore what's going on, and make sense of what you're carrying.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step.

You might be wondering what you’re supposed to talk about, whether your struggles are "big enough", or whether someone will really understand.

You don’t need to arrive with the perfect words or know exactly what you want to change.

Together, we'll create a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

How therapy can help

Understanding yourself

Sometimes it can be difficult to understand why you think, feel or respond in certain ways. Therapy can offer space to slow things down, notice patterns and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs and what might be going on beneath the surface.

Overwhelm & Stuckness

When everything feels like too much, it can be hard to know where to begin. Therapy can provide a space to untangle what you’re carrying, make sense of difficult emotions and gently explore what might be keeping you feeling stuck.

Relationships & Connection

Our relationships can have a huge impact on how we see ourselves and the world around us. Therapy can help you explore relationship patterns, boundaries, communication and the ways past experiences may shape how you connect with others.

Meaning
making

Experiences may leave us questioning ourselves, relationships, or what happens next. Therapy can help you make sense of what you've been through, how it has shaped you, and begin to find meaning without needing to have all the answers.

Who I Work With

Young People (11+)

A space for young people to feel heard, understood and supported.

Growing up can bring social pressures, identity questions, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties and challenges at school or home. I offer a space where young people can feel heard, understood and able to be themselves, using conversation and creative approaches where helpful.

Adults (18+)

A space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

You might be feeling anxious, low, burnt out or stuck, or finding that something doesn't feel quite right. Perhaps you're struggling with relationships, confidence, change or experiences from the past. Therapy offers you space to slow down, understand what’s going on and explore what might help you move forward.

Neurodiversity

Support that works with your brain, not against it.

Living in a world that isn't always designed with neurodivergent people in mind can be exhausting. I offer an accepting space to explore experiences such as masking, overwhelm, relationships and everyday challenges, without needing to justify or change who you are.

From The Wright Space

Reflections, ideas and practical resources for making sense of yourself and the things you're carrying.

Start Your Journey

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to know exactly what to say or what you need. Sometimes the first step is simply recognising that things feel difficult.
A free 15-minute consultation gives us the chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether therapy with me feels like the right fit.

Georgia has been such a wonderful support over the past few months. She helped me to see myself in a much more positive way and reassured me that I’m not a bad person, which honestly made such a difference. She always listened without judgement and made me feel comfortable talking about things I found difficult. I’m so grateful for all of her support and kindness.

Georgia has been a wonderful addition to my mental health and wellbeing over the past 2 years. She has helped me control my OCD and obsessions alongside helping me manage family trauma. I couldn't recommend her highly enough and anybody working with her in the future would be a very privileged.
