My Story

Growing up navigating the mental health system myself taught me the importance of being seen as a person, not a diagnosis.

I know what it’s like to be on the other end of the chair. Genuine understanding, not just clinical curiosity, is at the heart of my work. I built The Wright Space believing you don't need to be fixed or changed. Instead, therapy is a place to slow down, feel, and explore what you have been carrying alone.

I’m warm, curious, and gently direct. I won’t sit quietly; I’ll show up, ask thoughtful questions, challenge you with care, and support you through difficult moments.

My approach is integrative. I work collaboratively, drawing from different approaches while paying attention to your experiences, pace, language, and how you make sense of the world.
Alongside my counselling training, I have experience supporting young people in school settings, including neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing, and mental health challenges.
